What we’re looking for…

We're looking for 6 dynamic, detail-oriented, and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Service department. We prefer you to have experience and expertise with working in Customer Service, but it’s not fully required.

If selected to join our team, you will be expected to answer emails, support tickets, and phone calls via our online systems.

Having a good working knowledge of computers, browsers, and technology is a must!… As you will be multi-tasking using various programs and platforms, and often need to troubleshoot basic tech-based customer issues. 

The successful candidate loves to serve and support a greater cause. This individual is extremely humble and willing to do “whatever it takes” to support a higher intention, purpose, and the goals set forth. You love to learn new things, and find that you “pick up” new systems, training, and information quickly.
