Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy
For 10-Day Trial Memberships: At the end of your 10-day trial, you will automatically be upgraded to a paid, monthly subscription plan. If you do not want to upgrade, you must cancel your subscription before your 10-day trial expires. You are responsible for taking this action before the end of the trial period.
For Monthly Memberships: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You are responsible for taking this action before your next renewal payment. If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, we offer a 7-day grace period in which you are eligible for a full refund of the most recent payment if the subscription is canceled within 7-days of the renewal transaction date. No refunds will be issued past the 7-day cut-off (168 hours). No exceptions.
We do offer an initial 30-day refund policy on monthly memberships. If after 30 days (your first month) you decide you are not 100% satisfied with what you are receiving through The Sacred Plant Insiders, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued beyond the 7-day grace period, though you may still cancel at any time. The monthly membership has automatic recurring payments for your convenience. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel.
Physical & Digital Products (Non-Membership)
We are confident that TSP Publishing, LLC, doing business through its website https://thesacredplant.com, provides only top-quality health information products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order during the time period below, you may return the product for a full refund less the shipping and handling costs.
All returns must be made within 90 days (unless otherwise stated on the order page of the product you purchased) from the product shipment date. Please note that if your order contained a second package as part of our Buy One, Give One (“BOGO”) offer, you will need to return both packages.
